In the Senior School students learn to take more responsibility for their learning under the guidance of subject teachers and Year Advisers. Teachers are well-qualified and there is a healthy mix of recent graduates and very experienced teachers.
The Senior School is led by the school's Deputy Principal who as Head of Senior School is responsible for the management of the Senior School's staff and students.
Transitioning from Junior School to Senior School is a crucial time for our students, however, when the time comes for this to occur, it’s a familiar environment with which the students feel comfortable and well-acquainted.
Our subjects of Mathematics and English are graded in some year groups in the Senior School whilst all other subjects are offered as mixed ability classes.

Our commitment to Learning Support continues through the Senior School with dedicated staff working with classroom teachers, teachers’ aides and the School Counsellor to provide individual learning programs to support the emotional, educational and physical needs of children within an inclusive environment.
From Year 7 onwards mobile devices are an essential requirement for students as a convenient, lightweight textbook alternative. The Senior School has every learning space equipped with interactive whiteboards. Students also have access to two computer labs and a iMAC lab.
All senior years attend camps once per year. The cost of these camps is included in school fees. Year 12 students enjoy a retreat at the beginning of their final year to assist in preparing them for the important and challenging year ahead. A three day Art Camp is also offered as an extra-curricular activity for students to enjoy hands on masterclasses and workshops in a beautiful rural setting.
